Terms of Use

This terms of service must be carefully read before using the GPU server services provided by GameHubServer. By using our services, you accept these terms.

1. Parties

Service Provider: GameHubServer
User: The person/organization purchasing or using the service.

2. Service Description

Users are provided with virtual/physical servers containing graphics processing units (GPU) through a monthly subscription model. The service is based on remote access usage.

3. Terms of Use

• Servers can only be used for legal purposes.
• Crypto mining, hosting or sharing illegal content is prohibited.
• Service may be suspended in cases of resource overuse and abuse.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments are collected monthly in advance. Users can request an unconditional refund within 24 hours from the start of the service. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted. Service will be stopped if payment is not made.

5. Support and Uptime

GameHubServer commits to 99% service availability. Support requests are handled via email or Discord.

6. Termination of Agreement

Users can terminate the agreement by not renewing the service at the end of the service period. The agreement may be terminated unilaterally for users who violate the terms of service.

7. Data Security

Users are responsible for the content they upload. GameHubServer is not responsible for data loss or security vulnerabilities.

8. Updates

GameHubServer reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

9. Validity

These terms come into effect from the moment the user starts using the service.
